Data Requirements
Supported file formats and what your dataset should include to plot and analyze charge/discharge data in Niobia AI.
Supported Formats
Excel .xlsx
Standard Excel workbooks. Each sheet can contain a separate dataset or test run.
CSV .csv
Comma-separated values. The most common export format from cyclers and potentiostats.
MATLAB .mat
MATLAB data files. Useful if your lab already processes data in MATLAB before uploading.
Expected Columns
Your dataset should include at least time, voltage, and current columns. Niobia AI will attempt to auto-detect column names, but using standard labels helps.
- Time (seconds or hours)
- Voltage (V)
- Current (A or mA)
- Cycle number (optional but recommended)
